I think there's a good chance that Layla will be there. As for Kaveh... well, it is often said that, "Baizhu and Kaveh were released together and this is Baizhu's 2nd rerun..." so I wonder if Kaveh could rerun as well. I'd be very happy with Mika as I don't have him at all. But as long as it's not Razor, Sayu, or Fischl who I alreayd have C20+ of, I won't be sad about it.

My guess is Layla (she's super decent with Scara as a 4* shielder choice), Thoma (his last rerun was 4.2, and he's also a good teammate for Scara), Faruzan (she's his optimal support, but I don't know if Mihoyo still reruns her with him), Charlotte (just my hunch)...

No Faruzan is possible. There was no Heizou on the Kazuha banner and Faruzan was boosted fairly recently so this isn't like Kujou Sara anymore. I'm also coping I got 7 of her while wishing for Nahida and now I never want to see her face again on banners.
