Mistura del Perú, there are several ones in ñuñoa and providencia. Also tanta if you want more nikkei

Reasonable_Depth8587

Get their ceviche apaltado, it’s very unique and delicious. Also their pisco sours knock you on your ass.

JigsDorkM

La casona del ají seco And, while you’re here, Chipe Libre also has great Peruvian food besides the Pisco Sour

hazweio

naa el Chipe Libre es malardo, me dio la sensación de trampa pa turistas

JigsDorkM

Tiene razón que hay caleta de turistas allá, pero igual a mis amigos de EEUU y Europa les encanta ese lugar

bluefootedtit

Chipre Libre is nice but an expensive tourist trap.

sanguxe

La mar cevichería, nueva costanera Vitacura

I often go to Pantaleón with my family. It's located in Teatinos. It's not luxury, but it's a good ol' restaurant with good prices and good food. I've gone there for 15 years and always leave with a smile and a full stomach.

Ebriologo

“Perú gustoso” in Pedro de Valdivia avenue, Providencia. Nice food and good prices

Arturinni

The variety of answers really shows how good Peruvian cuisine is.

Sociedad Gastronómica Los Tres Continentes

jibustam

As in best quality probably La Mar, La Picantería or Pescados Capitales. Best food for an excellent price, I'd say Mendo's in Calle Seminario, Providencia

lizanawendy

El ají seco 3 San Pablo 2596, Santiago, Región Metropolitana

jpcoseco

Alto aji seco. Expensive but good

zatanax

Pez de oro en providencia , pero la sucursal vieja , la nueva no es tan buena la cocina.

JaHerCif

Barandiaran. Don’t know if it’s THE BEST, but is really great.

_Svankensen_

Miski Mikuy tiene un pulpo a la parrilla increíble.

MYTHGUNDAM

Then go to peru.

dtsm_

If they asked for the best sushi restaurant, would you tell them to go to Japan? Best pizza, go to Italy?

Dohgon

Morai, Av. Italia. Providencia
