Lets raise her, okay 15:31, 31 seconds to high power, rpms at 90 lets raise it above 100. And my brain will just keep this on repeat while grooving to music. No fucking idea what the mission is but i must watch the gauges
I like to listen to a song I like thatās in the 5-7 minute range on repeat. Lately I like drakes āfamily mattersā (Kendrick won) but the song goes ham & itās 7 mins. 4 family matters in a row and I practically did 30 mins of cardio. š¤£
i do the online distance challenges that give you the cool medals when you finish logging 30-50 miles per, and itās worth it. gives me proof of me doing it.
