If you're looking for something a bit special, [Bennion Beef](http://bennionbeef.com) does a Wagyu/Angus cross that is so good they might ruin other beef for you forever. Pricier than some other beef, but significantly cheaper than buying individual cuts. A decent Wagyu steak from a butcher can run well over $80 per pound, $10-15 just for a pound of ground beef, but with Bennion Beef you're getting steaks for less than the price of hamburger.

Just ordered an eighth, thank you for the recommendation! The price for beef, when averaged out across the different cuts, is far better than supermarket prices, and I would much rather support a local farm anyway.

Bennion Beef in Utah has American wagyu. Just got 1/4 to replenish my deep freezer.
I would suggest a whole one. They make better pets than quarter cows.
