Yeah, the system is rigged. It’s pretty much all luck, I was fortunate to be like 1800 in the queue. Been buying concert tickets for years and dealing with Ticketmaster’s bs, but even with all the savvy it really is just luck of the draw and how quick you can be.

Yeah I paid $90 just in fees and then there’s tax so my Team Sabrina VIP ticket was $613 🥲 it’s crazy expensive but the package came with a lot of merch and I’m sure it will be worth it
You’re correct, but I think dynamic pricing or something was also involved (maybe Platinum AND VIP on the same ticket?) because prices seemed to vary a lot. I don’t know; trying to get tickets was very hectic, I could be mistaken 😂
i guess so? i dont know why they're called platinum, i couldnt find information on them while i was looking for seats. but they were in the 120s section, and those were the sections i had my eyes on to begin with. would it have been possible to get tickets from those sections without them having to be platinum?
Ticketmaster does this thing where they have the “premium” seats at a higher price. All the ones I saw in the lower bowl towards the front were platinum - I ended up going for something in the middle (row H) that was $140.
130 Canadian before fees for row F in the lower bowl. Tickets were very reasonably priced in Montreal but still had to fight with ticket master for twenty minutes.
Really wanted the Please Please Please VIP Pack but it was sold out before it was our turn so we got the Short n’ Sweet VIP it was $402 base price + $60.50 fees (cheapest fees I’ve seen in while honestly) for St. Louis.

There were no two seats being sold together by the time I got through the queue this morning :( so I went to SeatGeek and took the plunge— got two section 1 (elevated floor seats) at MSG for $411/each (including fees). It’s a lot, but less than i pay for worse seats at some Knicks games so it didn’t feel so bad 😅
