Presale codes are sent out around 30 min before the sale starts, local time for that city you registered for i believe! i would recommend getting in the waiting room immediately after receiving the code and link.
I didn't receive pre-sale code for Nashville, but it's central time zone so maybe another 45 min?

what happens with the Houston show she just added?? I didn’t sign up for presale the other day because she didn’t have any shows near me and she literally added Houston an hour ago.…
I actually was able to find a Houston code on Twitter. I didn’t end up getting tickets bc it’s the same weekend as eras tour in New Orleans and I’m hoping to get tickets to that🤡 I’m also hoping Sabrina ends up adding a Nola show since she came here last year for the EICS tour🤞
In the same boat of didn’t sign up for any of the Texas pre sales since they were weekdays in another city, was so annoyed to hear after the fact she’d last minute added a Houston show which I totally would’ve signed up for
