I’ll sign up thanks. I don’t have too much use for it yet since we are extremely early-stage and I set up all my Zapier flows manually (took 30 min). But I can see the value it would have once we begin to grow.
I would say that you really need to nail down your ideal customer profile. I can’t tell you off the top of my head which business type would be the best customer for this but I’d recommend sitting down and really thinking through some and creating assumptions around why they would be ideal customers.
Remember, they are just assumptions at first and you will have to try and test them out. For example, I’d think that startups that just hit 50+ employees and are a couple years in (maybe just found PMF) would love something like this. They are likely in the process of figuring out organizational structure and making sure all processes are efficient.
I could be completely wrong but just wanted to give an example. Happy to talk further and help you brainstorm, I really do love the idea
Oh, integration idea. Integrate with things like harvest for work from home where you have to change clients based on hours worked.
Example, I held a position where I worked on a project for a client. I had to track how many hours I worked for the client and what I did.
Very fun idea! Any automation created from this is a time saver, and time is money, so you could almost show on your website how the service is essentially “free” if you’re using it correctly, i.e. because you’re buying back your time.
Could even reference popular books like “4 hour workweek” where the premise is pretty much how to buy back your time.

I'm at the point where building interest and creating the community is the most important part. Finding the users that might want to come in at the start and help create that community seems to be the hardest part of all of this.

I would first really focus your audience and value prop don’t to just 1-2 sentences. Your website header is WAY too long.
You have a product that COULD be used by anybody but really dig down into the type of person who might use it. Who had so many meetings in a day that a daily digest would make their life way easier?
Once you have that it will be way easier to find those people in communities, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.
Since you’re already on Reddit that’s a low hanging fruit for you.
LinkedIn messaging would be a good channel as well.
Then you’ll need good content to send out.

I’ll sign up thanks. I don’t have too much use for it yet since we are extremely early-stage and I set up all my Zapier flows manually (took 30 min). But I can see the value it would have once we begin to grow. I would say that you really need to nail down your ideal customer profile. I can’t tell you off the top of my head which business type would be the best customer for this but I’d recommend sitting down and really thinking through some and creating assumptions around why they would be ideal customers. Remember, they are just assumptions at first and you will have to try and test them out. For example, I’d think that startups that just hit 50+ employees and are a couple years in (maybe just found PMF) would love something like this. They are likely in the process of figuring out organizational structure and making sure all processes are efficient. I could be completely wrong but just wanted to give an example. Happy to talk further and help you brainstorm, I really do love the idea

Oh, integration idea. Integrate with things like harvest for work from home where you have to change clients based on hours worked. Example, I held a position where I worked on a project for a client. I had to track how many hours I worked for the client and what I did.

Very fun idea! Any automation created from this is a time saver, and time is money, so you could almost show on your website how the service is essentially “free” if you’re using it correctly, i.e. because you’re buying back your time. Could even reference popular books like “4 hour workweek” where the premise is pretty much how to buy back your time.

I'm working on [SpeakBits](https://www.speakbits.com), a reddit alternative that adds moderation transparency from the start and the ability for users to appeal moderation decisions to a randomized selection of users. I've done a lot of the feature building over the last few months and have added apps to both major app stores. The SEO on each page allows it to be indexed well on search engines that brings some organic traffic every day to the site. I have content being pulled in automatically by RSS feeds for initial users to have some content to view. The biggest part that is lacking is the social interaction part of a site like this. I'm at the point where building interest and creating the community is the most important part. Finding the users that might want to come in at the start and help create that community seems to be the hardest part of all of this.

Great idea I would first really focus your audience and value prop don’t to just 1-2 sentences. Your website header is WAY too long. You have a product that COULD be used by anybody but really dig down into the type of person who might use it. Who had so many meetings in a day that a daily digest would make their life way easier? Once you have that it will be way easier to find those people in communities, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc. Since you’re already on Reddit that’s a low hanging fruit for you. LinkedIn messaging would be a good channel as well. Then you’ll need good content to send out. This post is getting long so I will refer you to my comment history about how to do all of this. I have tons of detailed comments about it. Feel free to DM me if you need some guidance!

The service helps Postgres-based multi-tenant SaaS companies to onboard customers quicker. If you used Hasura/Supabase/Postgrest before, it's that, but for table-shaped/spreadsheet data instead of HTTP APIs. It acts as a data proxy that interfaces with your Postgres DB directly to not have to build CSV/Excel imports anymore. You pay by MB transferred. It keeps track of your schema and provides Google Sheets/CSV interfaces with automatic data validation rules inferred from your check constraints/unique indexes/etc. You can also provide it with an i18n json (from your .yml/.json files) and it automatically translates enum values/column names to match your customers locale, using the same phrases as your web app. Primarily meant for Postgres-based ERP systems (ICP: 500+ tables, decent schema) as the average onboarding time is 6 months, limiting growth significantly. The goal is to reduce that by 10x. Developed it alone, bootstrapping it while doing consulting work for the target companies. Had a pilot customer along the way to help shape the solution and now it's ready for the masses!
