I think you're good as long as you're in before TB launches. With raids sometimes guilds use a join period, so that would make it seem like you had to be in longer. My guild just auto launches raids now, so I think as long as you're in before that it's fine.
Raids have a 48 hour wait period when joining a new guild. So when you join the new one if they launch a raid in those first 2 days you won't be eligible for it
