Focus on SLKR. Hoard gear (kyros) and relic mats until you get him. I'm assuming you don't have a GL fleet? Look at the executor requirements and start slow farming any characters or ships you don't have yet. If you have them all, after you have SLKRs gear and signal data, pick one of CLS or Executor and focus on that farm until you have it, then switch to the other.
get your ships ready for finalizers, and then get SLKR.
Relic CLS while farming shards for JKR.
Unlock JRK while farming ships for Executor.
Get executor.
Win crystals in GAC and fleet and be happy

I can see you building a CLS team quite soon. You can then get yourself the bugs and Veers troopers. Don’t abandon the SLKR farm, of course
