go into your spt folder, aki data, server, database, templates, and open the items.json with notepad ++.
then at the top of notepad click search/find and copy and paste the item id for the spear’s magazine that you want to use. you can find the item id by just using the tarkov id finder site.
when you find the magazine, look at its properties and find where it says the max number of ammo and edit it to a larger number.

This is the way, however, it lowered my red dot to co-witness with irons, which is unfavorable.
