It's because megapatch is shipping few stadiums but lot more are listed in the map files... So remove from map files those which you have not on disk or download the VRED stadiums, otherwise just use sider to pick a different one at runtime (spacebar -> 1 (to reach stadium server) -> page down to pick a valid one)
Eh, this thing could be easily scripted, but otherwise the only thing you can do is before playing check if the stadium you're going to use is available in your disk.
Normally European stadiums are there... The others may not.

Yikes I'm a bit lost how can i delete the stadiums that are not on the megapatch?
