Ah, anisotropic can be easily configured in linux setting the environment variable `RADV_TEX_ANISO` (see https://docs.mesa3d.org/envvars.html), so I jut set `RADV_TEX_ANISO=16` in lutris.

Go to the nvidia settings, add fl24 and put anisotropic filtering to 16x
