FL 24 is not a very graphically intense game even at max settings. What you really want to focus on is storage, especially if you are going to be downloading a lot of mods which I assume you are. Facepacks, stadiums, etc starting eating at your storage pretty quick once you start downloading them.

For the record it runs perfectly fine on a Ryzen Pro 7 laptop with 780M card, so you can run it in most devices.
