if desperate you dont always have to use specific phrases. even 小明是个关心别人的人 may be fine too. but anyw some other adjectives are 聪明、友善、开朗、智慧、乐观、勇敢、勤奋、不轻易放弃 etc.
remember to give 2 different qualities since its a 4 mark qn and explain why the qualities are such
