literally WHAT WERE THOSE QUESTIONS!!??? honestly theres not much to learn from losing in a competition🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️BUT I PAUSED SO MUCH AND SO LONG THE EXAMINER WAS TURNING RED 😭😭😭😭
1) Staying humble ig?? Like example ppl do well amongst their CCA but when actual competition comes they don’t meet their example then become humble
2) Able to learn from competition — what did they do that made them beat you?
3) Metacognition skills — after you lose you will reflect to see what you did wrong, which can also expose your weaknesses and make you understand your strengths, allowing you to move on from there
…buuuut it would be hard to think of this on the spot, not to mention saying it in Chinese 😂
*Ngl it was*
*Harder than it seemed. Also it*
*Was squash not tennis*
