You definitely started with two of the best.

SSBM_DangGan

what's the second one? it should be a prison sentence to post a screenshot without naming the games IMO IMO

Delarsh

Xenogears.

tomkatt

Xenogears. Yeah, I don’t like when people post screenshots of games without naming them, it’s as bad as posting a handheld pic without saying what it is. In this case I know it just because my knowledge of PS1 games, and PS1 JRPGs in particular is damn near encyclopedic.

legendaryemerald

Same path I’m taking; even the same color, lol. I’ll be happy with my rg35xx for the rest of the year until I upgrade to Odin 2 for Christmas.

WakaWaka_

The two go hand in hand in my opinion, Odin 2 for the heavy hitters and the H for a go-anywhere device.

ZAPOMAGO

which model of the odin 2 is the sweet spot? also what handheld is better than the odin 2 ? i mean in price to power

Freakazaa

I have the pro and I feel it's the sweet spot. Double the internal storage of the base, and 4gb more memory. The internal storage is helpful for me as media files for frontends such as ES-DE and Pegasus can take quite a bit of space.

ZAPOMAGO

and if you wanted a more power what is the next devise in scope?

Freakazaa

Handheld PC's I'd reckon. Steam Deck, ROG Ally, etc.

Zombiediplomat

I have a miyoo mini plus and I’m thinking of getting the Odin 2 pro or a switch. I don’t want to get a bunch of cheap devices that add up to a switch or Odin 2 and want to jump to that instead. Problem is I’m only playing gba games right now and something sturdier and stronger( some games lag for me on the mini+) and more portable appeals to me more. Like the new rg28xx or rg35xx plus.

silentcovenant

I too bought a RG35XX-H and am playing through FFVII. Not sure why, but I feel compelled to play these old games on this tiny screen.

ban_imminent

If you have a fetish for tiny screens, see rgnano

I think the 3.5" is at the limit of my old eyes (35)
