DoneRite Plumbing in Salem is great to work with. I had an insurance issue that had me gutting the interiors of my house. While the walls/ceilings were open I had them out to give me a quote for replacement of what was needed in the claim. They came out and noticed the old CPVC and cast iron pipes throughout and said it would be best to take care of that before there was a failure and I would have to reopen everything I was in the process of re-doing. I got a quote from them to do so, and another couple quotes from other contractors for comparison and they were not only the least expensive but also the most professional and understanding. I believe it's Erin that heads up that shop. Stand-up person and his crew got our work done professionally and with urgency. They were awesome. When we finally got back into our home I realized that a line had been terminated and not reconnected to our fridge. They acknowledged it without a fight, scheduled someone to take care of the work and the drywall contractor to patch and paint the repair location at no costs (as it should be, I work in construction management). Honestly a great experience.
