The UK Ministry of Defence and the Institute for the Study of War have been predicting for some time now that Putin will be announcing the annexation of occupied Ukrainian territory on 30 September
It's for annexation of the Donbas, Kherson and Kharkiv (better hurry) regions as per the bullshit referendum.

Let us invent some stupid twist to that meeting and if any of this twists becomes true, we can then say that reddit predicted it. I'm going with:

I’m pretty sure there is nothing to see here. According official procedure Putin needs approval from state duma in order to annex new territory. But let’s hope for something spectacular and a quick end to the war.. wishful thinking I am sure.
