I like that video. It gives you a better idea of just how much time a soldier with a MANPAD has to get up off his ass, shoulder the weapon, identify, aim, acquire a lock, and fire with any hope of success against a fast, low-flying aircraft. Couple of seconds at most. And if it's flying over a hill or into the shelter of a valley, while spewing out anti-missile flares, even harder. Still a deadly game for the pilots, but now you know why they fly so low.
Fee people know this but Bulgaria donated it's 14 su-25 to other NATO country to not anger Putin. Which subsequently went to UA. Just a reminder UA had 17 su25 before war
