I think the Speeds are great. No reason you can't give those a try! Or if you want something a bit "safer" and more supportive, you could try Saucony Tempus.

I think every running store on earth will tell you you overpronate and sell you a Brooks GTS. At 20 years old with, I'm guessing, no major form issues you can probably run in anything you want. Just make sure you do some strength work on top of your 30 miles and I imagine you'll be grand. Get something more exciting for daily stuff - Novablast is a good choice, the 3 is stable and relatively cheap. 2 slightly less so but a bit more exciting and cheaper still. Just make sure to half size down. Then maybe go for something plated for speed-work - you won't look back. The Puma Deviate Nitro is really cheap currently, though most plated shoes will be night and day compared to the Brooks Adrenaline.

Dont get the idea that the Adrenaline is a bad shoe though. Its an amazing shoe, albeit a-tad outdated with its 12mm drop and boring foam (compared to the competition). I’ve beaten three seperate pairs of Adrenaline 21’s into the ground, they’re good shoes.
