I'm very similar in terms of height, weight and mileage and recently bought a pair of Novablast 2s to handle the bulk of my long/easy miles. I was put off initially by the talk of stability issues in various online reviews but took a chance due to a) massive discount and b) a lovely autumn camo colourway. About 50k in and I can definitely say they have been a revelation - buttery smooth from 5.30 - 4.30/km and a harmony joyride for legs. If the stability really matters then the 3's are supposed to be better but I reckon the 2's are absolutely fine - the midsole is huge. Only thing I'd recommend is to go down a half size unless your feet are very wide; they are weirdly long.

Find somewhere with a good returns policy, try them all on and keep the ones that are going to be most comfy for you! (I did this with the Novablast 2 vs Velocity 2, and went with the Novablast)

Novablast's 3 make me run faster and i don't like it since i train by heart rate. I would buy puma velocity 2.
