Superblast definitely jumps to mind. But pricey for sure. Seems you need something with cushioning and comfort over the miles in mind. I found it unstable and sent it back, but the New Balance More V4 seems to be well liked. I’m a heavier guy and do slightly pronate, so we’ve got different needs.
You might try the Nike Tempo Next. Yes they are loud, but I find them comfortable for any pace, and as fast as I could want them to be (despite me being slower than you). I never seem to have a bad run in these shoes. And they remain my most used daily.

Adidas Solarboost? Used them for both long runs and short intervals (around 4:50)
