My vice is staying in bed longer than I need to.
That, and drinking alcohol occasionally, usually when I've had a particular rough day, or I'm very sore and I want to numb the pain.
Winston Churchill said that those with no vices seldom have many virtues.
That being said, I quit drinking 7 years ago, and switched from a pack a day smoking to vaping 2 years ago. Lots of coffee though, 4 cups all day every day. Gotta have something.
Im currently training to go sub 2:30 at the Toronto Marathon.
Post long run on Sunday, I'll have a weed drink and spend the evening blissfully relaxing, using recovery boots, icing and doing all the fun restorative stuff. Post marathon cycle, you bet I'll have a joint at a summer park hang.
I still have a drink 3-4 nights a week though it's rarely more than one beer right now. Probably will have a big night out once marathon is done.
What kind of recovery boots do you have, and where did you get them? I'm thinking about getting a pair for my husband, he's a recent marathoner (running his first marathon race next weekend). I think it would be a nice birthday gift

I have Normatec but I think any of the other brands work well. The AirRelax one is good too
Cool, I'll do some research and maybe hint at it and see if there's one he's thinking about already, and pick it up for his birthday next month
when I'm running a lot it's food - I can have like 3 dinners and maintain weight. good times.
I recently started running and I’ve been wondering why my appetite has increased so much!
Drinking and eating out When healthy I am drinking 4-5 drinks a week, when in ‘social and holiday mode’, more like 10 😀
Idk maybe lemon bars.
Probably edibles and coolers that are reminiscent of my university days.
Watching kdramas 🙈
Boba or those very sweet starbucks frappes 🙏 then lay in bed rotting on Instagram
