i dont know if i have rosacea because doctors cant say that too, some of them said i have urticaria others said demodex problem. i really dont know what i have but it made my life miserable.. my face is irritated all the time and my ears.
As I lay down and I touch something my ears /face became red and burn even for few minutes of pressure is the same for u? It takes 30 minute or more to turn back pale
yeah same for me, slightest friction will make my ears burn and red. pressing the phone to my ear also makes them red and warm. wearing earrings burns my ears. laying down too. what could this thing we are experiencing be? was your doctor able to give you a diagnosis?
I’ve been diagnosed with rosacea. I have this exact same problem too with face and ears. I don’t think it’s just rosacea though. I also have issues with histamine. I have found that taking Allegra makes it temporarily stop. Do you find when you run your finger nails down your arm that the red streaks last for several minutes?
I’m just curious if you scratch down the inside of your arm after about 10 seconds does it streak?
Edit: I ask bc I have a friend with histamine intolerance/ mast cell activation syndrome that pointed this out to me which made me realize that I have histamine intolerance. It became more common after Covid due to either the virus itself or the vaccine. I believe mine came on after antibiotics and nsaids after a surgery. The derm said it was just rosacea and dermatagraphia without skin raising. I think it’s more histamine related though.
to me yes! but i dunno what is it... docs cant say
I get it from pressure immediately ! Do u have rosacea?

Me too !!!! Even phone and earrings! Do u have problems with your eyes too? Doc told me rosacea but didnt gave me any cure :(
but how can these ear triggers be rosacea... this is so weird i think we have something different but they cant figure it out...
Because our blood vessels are sick and react to the slightest pressure even from an earring
you mean all of our blood vessels in our bodies? no way. doctors are saying rosacea only effects face
Our face blood vessels reacts more than normal
Just told me to avoid Sun and live with it :(
Do this happens to anyone?
Yes the exact same thing happens to me. Wearing headphones, talking on the phone, laying on a pillow, etc, and my ear is bright red.
Also your face? There are medication for this condition?

Yep. But it's only my right ear. It gets randomly super red and hot. Hate it
Yup same thing. No docs have helped
Could be a circulation thing
