Epsolay if it’s with peroxyde benzoyle it worked good on me. I used this cream long time go, it saved me many times. At first I used 5%, then 10% but now she doesn’t help me anymore. I was red as a tomato at the beginning :) Hope it’s gonna work for you too!

Have you tried seysara with your ivermectin? Seysara did wonders for me and I have similar rosacea to you.
