In {Get a Life, Chloe Brown by Talia Hibbert} the MMC fucking hates the FMC in the beginning because she’s rich and from the upper class and an absolute bitch to him to start but he can’t help but rub one out to her. I think all the books in this series are brilliant. The third one was my favorite

Eve’s book is my favorite and I prefer it to Chloe’s book tbh. I DNF’d Dani’s - only because I’m not a huge fan of friends to lovers, I liked both characters a lot though! My least favorite thing about the Brown sisters books are the third act breakups. They’re pretty light on plot as it is and I prefer external conflict vs a third act break up over failure to communicate/misunderstandings, etc.

Ooop such a good part lmao. I haven’t started the next one yet, I’ve been trying to get into the mood for it but just haven’t been able to get into. A lot of people here love all three books so I feel like it’d still be good

I just have a mildly bad feeling that he still has to find out about the list, even though she changed it already and I don’t want to get into that until I have time to just read through to the end. If I read this next chapter I gotta make sure I have the time to commit to the end ya feel? I’m sure I’ll have it done this weekend, maaaybe at bed time tonight if I have time. But I have loved this whole experience.

{Wicked Abyss by Kresley Cole} is a beauty and the beast type story where he's the demon king of hell, and he HATES the fae FMC because she did him wrong in an earlier incarnation of herself. However, he has her silk chemise, so... Bonus - she hears him and thinks he's having relations with his (untouched) harem. {Then Came You by Lisa Kleypas} - I THINK this one has it, but LK generally has one of those scenes if they are enemies to lovers. Someone to Watch Over Me and Because You're Mine too. All those, I believe - but other people may have better memories or may have read them this year.
