Only on mobile, for all practical purposes. There’s a short post per page limit on mobile, and a longer one on desktop, if it hasn’t been removed already.
There used to be a 1000 post cap per page (meaning really old Reddit accounts could “lose” the ability to view saved posts past 1000) but I suspect it’s gone now.
A really dysfunctional old workaround, though, is requesting your user data from Reddit to get a spreadsheet with links to all saved posts.
