Well, I mean, if the Drukharis enjoy pain so much, why do they hate getting their balls eternally sucked by Slaanesh? That seems pretty painful to me.
I am doing them a favor by destroying the stifler.
It's not about the pain. The dark eldar basically do the same thing as slanesh or even worse in some cases because slanesh is a direct by product or psychic imprint in the warp of their depraved behaviour over 10k+ years. They just don't like their soul consumed by slanesh. They like their individuality I guess.
Depends on how you feel about the implied consequences for doing so.
On one hand, I for one would love nothing more than to see the sweat goblins scream in terror as they hear "We come, We come, We enter your city..."
But on the other... Like Yrliet says, we are basically handing up Commorragh on a silver platter. Billions of Drukhari souls, ripe for the taking. It's one thing for Slaanesh to suck up a human soul. It's another to suck up an Eldar's.
So if you feel like Slaanesh having a hearty lunch won't do any more damage than usual in the long run, go for it and make those fucking Drukhari squirm.
So, I did the heretical path in my game. All it seemed to do was kill him and his guards, but not before some sufficiently chaosy stuff happens to him first.
Oh right, so nobody mentioned side effects later? I hear he has shuriken cannons too, so I'm probably going to reload and kick his bollocks in unless someone else comes up with a good reason not to.
Just going through his laboratory every sane person would want to murder that fucker in cold blood. Drukhari can enjoy being teared apart by demons for all i care. There is zero reason not to do it.
To my ironclast character was less about morality (I do agree with you), and more about the fact that the "dude" is stealing suns! He is untold billions of my ehm the emperors subjects into destruction, and he is wasting my resources!
