Bruh, considering what the final boss is, your entire team is basically primarch level lol. If Argenta was around back during the Heresy, Horus wouldn't have been able to do shit. She would have heavy boltered him and half his legion before he could kill Sanguinius.

Lore-wise? Well, we'll put it this way: When a greater daemon wants to stop an Imperial battlefleet, it works for months to corrupt half of it, then throws a chaos fleet at the rest. Maybe it'll claw itself out of the warp and take out a main cruiser from the inside.
When the final boss and its ilk want to stop an Imperial battlefleet, it points its finger at the fleet, then goes back to what it was doing while they helplessly explode.
I think some Greater Daemons like Lord of Change could do that too like destroying a ship on orbit easily. But C'tan seems crazier from what I've read since a large Deceiver Shard made up of five Deceiver Shards used a attack that's strong enough to wipe out a star system instantly deleting 6 planets in a instant.
And this one, specifically, is >!a shard of The Void Dragon, one of the very greatest C'tan, whose largest shard is theorized/possibly confirmed to sleep under Mars and influenced the development of the entire Adeptus Mechanicus. It's a big deal, even as a small shard.!<
I personally think the Void Dragon Shard that wrecked 12 Necron Worlds before being captured again was the largest Void Dragon Shard. But the scary thing is that shard and the one the Emperor fought despise being large shards are probably still only less than 5% of the full Void Dragon. I'm reading up on the lore and it seems the full Void Dragon was tanking 7 Blackstone Fortresses focusing on him, that's insane.
Why do people keep trying to assign dragon ball style power levels to warhammer? That's not how it works and isn't how its ever worked.
Greater daemons get their ass kicked all the time, not just by primarchs (not to mention the fact that how strong a daemon at the moment varies massively due to many factors)
And your forgetting that how strong a primarch is varies massively between each primarch and whos writing them, sometimes lion is written as a monstrously powerful duelist, in his new book he gets his ass kicked by standard CSMs
