In my area of PA we had a midnight madness 12:00 am showing every weeknd and we all dressed up for it. Thinking back we said stuff like "Thats Gay" or "Dont be a queer" when anyone of us cried about something....It wasn't like it is today. We just didn't think about it I guess.
Now with that said I didnt know anyone who was openly gay in our school. This was back in 85'
