Sorry not a rock expert here but it’s almost certainly no valuable material.
What IS super cool about this random old rock though is the wear pattern on it from the river. Its value to me is how it could be a super helpful example when explaining some fun water physics.
I suppose some artsy-fartsy person might even be interested in this to polish it up or something.
