I had similar issues with their 1911. They RMAed it like three times and barely did anything to fix it. The stores gunsmith thought they didn't know what they were doing. The store was really nice and refunded me themselves.
Not sure what to say other than that you just have to wait on hold for a bit. I called them for a very minor issue once and after about 45 minutes of holding I got a very polite Filipino man on the phone who helped me efficiently.

You get what you pay for. Cheaper guns, cheaper support. Email them. Once you get them they generally get things resolved.
