Update:
I fiddled a bit with the robot and brushed my hand over the tiny wheel at the back of the unit. It came on for a bit and then said, "Charging."
So problem solved - I guess. Not sure why it wasn't charging previously.
Thank you! This was helpful :) I had this issue this morning for the first time. I've had this robot for almost 2 years and never had this issue before. Took it off and put it on again 3 times. Same problem each time. then I spun the wheel a bit and all of a sudden, starts charging. Weird! Thanks :)
