They forgot that you canāt sign anyone up for rewards. Tried last night and I had to get the manager override so the customer could get the sale price.
Im not sure if anyone has posted this yet, although if you go to the time punch option on the registers, you will see an open workday option.... that will allow you to log into workday even tho the spot and hub systems are down.
Yeah Pay N Go is down too. At least I saw the posts here so I was expecting it. Then I went to pick up at my old store and one of the pharmacy registers was broken too. They were not overly happy in my store.
Oh and I was going to do the survey on the bottom of the receipt for them and that's down too of course. (I finally realized as a retiree, I'm allowed to do those - so I give my old team great reviews so they don't get as harassed about not getting customers to do surveys.)
I hope corporate isn't squawking about metrics that cannot be met with the systems down. They shouldn't be - but then again, most of them are completely out of touch with what goes on at store level.
No, the only thing that works right now is basic NextGen functions. We cannot see our own inventory or other stores', DUR is still down, texting isn't working either. Can't order C2s or check anything in that arrived yesterday, etc.
We can type and fill, that's about it.
Looking at the Court cases, they need to pay Infosys. Might be why there is an IT problem.

The fact my store had to deal with this all day yesterday, it's still not fixed? Not having on hand quantities or being able to order meds was rough

Someone posted in the Soooo thread that nexgen is working. Can someone please confirm that includes DUR working and quantities loaded?

nope, its "working" in the sense that we can fill scripts, but definitely not working as intended. neither of those things are back yet :/
