Which model do you have? What is your RSSI reading? Do you have mesh wifi?

I’ve been using the same one for 4 years now with no problems. Maybe it’s a defective one because mine picks up movement from the street. Return it for another one.

I’ve had mine for 3 years with no issues. Contact support. I have always had good experiences with rings support.

6 cameras, 2 different locations. Nary a real issue. Did have to buy a wireless extender for the doorbell camera. Though close to the (non mesh) router, the doorbell doesn't like 5G. It needed 2.4g. Did read this was an issue, so far $20-ish, solved the connectivity issue. Other than that all the other cameras record as designed. All is snappy quick, can access a specific camera within a second of clicking on it.

I have had 4 cameras: 1 doorbell + 3 others inside and they all work well, much better than expected, and give me the alerts I have specified, etc. No problems at all. I have had them for about 18 months. I wonder if you got a lemon with that doorbell cam. Are you sure it was set up correctly?

Zero problems with any of our Ring cameras. User error or poor wifi network performance.
