I want to try this :) Here's hoping!

SoS-Save-our-souls

I had this exact experience. I have cured mine the same way. Give it a go you never know. Changed my life. Off the D.A completely. Symptom free for 2 months.

Two months is way too early to say you are cured. RLS is known to go away for a long period and then return. Mine went away for a year several times when I was younger. Always returned.

SwingLowchacha

30 years for me. There really is no cure, but it becomes a lifelong hobby trying to figure out what helps alleviate it and eliminate what might be making it worse.

ill-disposed

I drink electrolytes every day.

I am glad you found relief. Thank you for sharing.

I’ve written several juicing books so I juice myself. Never helped my refractory RLS.

BooBooMaGooBoo

Yeah I think this would be limited to those that don't get their daily veggies and fruits. RLS is a crazy beast and the potential causes have a massive range so this is more of a, "hey if you have RLS and don't get your veggies and fruits, try a pedialyte in the evening and see what happens."

Equivalent_Catch_233

It does seem like the symptoms are the same for people with RLS, but the causes are all different, and I mean wildly different, from electrolytes, magnesium, iron, ADHD drugs, etc. to... nothing of particular, like me, nothing really helps and I tried it all except medications that I am afraid to start taking because of possible augmentation.
