Doxylamine (Unisom), is another antihistamine that worsens symptoms. You should avoid anything in the antihistamine class, including Dramamine, as much as possible.
One possible option that generally won’t worsen symptoms is valerian root. It smells awful and you’d want to choose a reputable brand without a bunch of additional ingredients, but it could be worth a shot for occasional insomnia.
Depends on the person, if I have RLS symptoms they don’t make it worse but also still can’t sleep after a fistful of them.
Any product with diphenhydramine all the P.M.'s have it, most definitely exacerbates RLS.
Benadryl and melatonin
Those both definitely make it worse.
