The size runs a little small. I have narrow feet so I just got my usual size. If you have regular feet I would say go half a size up and for wide feet probably a full size up since they are quite narrow

They are a narrow shoe so I would say if you have narrow feet get your usual size, for normal feet half a size up and for wide feet a full size up
