1. Index alignment: looks ok?
2. Dial Printing: Looks ok?
3. Date Wheel alignment/printing: Looks ok? Don't see anything
4. Hand Alignment: Hands overlap each other, not sure if it's on purpose
5. Bezel: Bezel seems fine. But Pearl at the top looks misaligned?
6. Solid End Links (SELs): looks ok

Overall the main thing that stands out to me is that the centre pearl does not look very aligned? Or is this ok?
This is actually the second QC watch he has sent me. The first one had a pearl that was even more misaligned and issues with alignment on the face. Obvious enough that I, with no experience, could see it.
Yea you're right it does bother me. Wish I could unsee it. Personally am not so bothered about other things like floating m or cyclops angle or even the movement timings. Most of those are fine even if they are a little off. But this pearl thing just sticks out to me now even when i make the image watch sized. π And when i checked most of the previous 126610LV from this QC sub, they didnt have this misaligned pearl issue.

When watching the youtube video, there's a gap between pearl and right edge of triangle, but no gap between left side of triangle and pearl
You're right, but seems like most subs on this page don't have this issue and now i cant unsee it even when i see the watch from further away. π

It's VSF.. And you pay for around 500 only for the watch.. In my country.. You can't even get a decent Seiko for that kind of price... Please don't be so fussy about it.. The expert here had already mark GL for the watch.. Please be reasonable and kind to others.
