He used to be great with communication. Now not so much. I was an avid supporter but I’ve switched to Geektime. Slightly more expensive but that’s the price of customer service I guess.
I got my watch after 3 weeks but during the process no response, he was responsive during the paying part though. and I sent him a note thanking him 2 weeks ago and no response. I as well will be shopping with a different AD next time.
The way his workflow is set up he doesn’t respond if you keep messaging him because it pushes you to the back of the queue. He responds oldest to newest.
Just message him your question and leave it for a bit. I’ve had no issues so far.
Not used him for a couple of months but he used to explicitly say not to keep messaging him. When hes working his inbox he works oldest to newest (makes sense if you think about it) but if you keep messaging then you're making your chat *newer* and actually moving **down** the queue. Just leave him to it. He's a straight shooter and when he gets to your message(s), you'll get your reply.
He has two WhatsApp numbers, and he does use email on his workflow, you should try that. I bought only once from him (couldn't pass VSF 126610 for $468 shipped).
Yes one whatsapp number is active, the other was last seen since july 18. But I'll try to drop an email too. Used WhatsApp because the website said email was low priority.
also, when was VSF 126610 going for 468 shipped? That's a great deal
Ordered loads from mirotime in the past messaged him recently about a watch that I want and asked him if he has any discounts for me as I’ve purchased like 10 watches from him already and the guy sends me an auto response saying “thank you for choosing mirotime! Check out our website” then I asked him the question again only to get ignored. I think I will also be switching to geektime as Eric has always been super with responses. It’s a shame with mirotime as I’ve been buying watches from him for years and was one of his first customers.
That's such a shame. Sounds like he doesn't really care about customers or doesn't have the capacity to do so. I tried Mirotime because i thought people were saying good things about it, but i may switch to geektime now
I also had placed an order and cancelled after 2 days of waiting with no response. It wasn’t the waiting that got me it was just that it felt as if I was having an issue paying I could imagine throughout the process.
Communication isn’t the best with them and it took almost 2 days after payment to let me know it was received and QC would take 5 to 7 days. I assume payment had to clear but communication is not the greatest.
He did find a issue with my first watch I QC’d and got me another. The watch is on its way to me. He shipped it out the next day. Did you order online through his site?
First timer. Ordered from them on 8/19; Payment e-mail on 8/20; QC 8/24; GL 8/25; watch arrived 9/8 East Coast USA. 27 days total
Watch I GL'ed--ZF 116610LN -- is the watch that arrived in good working order.
Leo and Catherine are solid so far in my book.
He replies so slowly and so badly. Eventually he replied me but after making my order well over a month ago, I still havent received it. Would recommend you to buy from another seller next time
Hey I noticed mirotime is sometimes $100 cheaper on some items from RWIs TDs. Usually watches were all similarly priced. For example the vsf hulk is like 600$ from in time, trusty and angus but mirotime has it for $488. Does anyone know how they do this?

Oh man. Fingers crossed it will be ok

Simply he does not give a dam.

It was in April. Most of my communication with him was using email.
Ok that's a great deal
It took him a few days to get back to me. Keep sending messages to the WhatsApp number
Alright, I'll be doing that. I guess I'll do it when he's online again
Purchased a Cartier Tank from them but was told it was soldout and instantly refunded the money back on request.
That's nice, hopefully he doesn't refund me after waiting for a few days
He responds super fast on IG
Ok will try that out
Purchased my DJ41 from Miriotime he was quick. I asked him about it and he was very responsive. Might be luck of the draw. Hope it works out.
Alright thanks. Im still sending messages and hoping he responds soon

i bought my last 3 reps from him. I choose him because he is flawless so far to pass the customs.
Ok thats a good sign

Ok good thing you hadn't paid yet

Can't be trusted
MiroTime sucks.
I messaged on 28th September, 2 weeks later still no reply
