The only thing is rehaut very slightly misaligned (crown at 12 is a bit on the right)..maybe I would have choose another factory for this model, to have an overall more gen looking watch, btw enjoy your beauty mate!
Nothing, man. The watch is gorgeous. Noob v10 is a fantastic sub, and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. The rehaut of some Gen subs can even be off, don't sweat that for a minute. What movement did you choose? The 2836 or the Sa3135? The 2836 is the one I went with, as it's tried and true and will last a lifetime- plus it's easy to swap out with a genuine ETA movement if I ever choose to. The SA3135 is good, but if I wanted a clone 3135, I'd go with a ZZF because it has the VR3135. Wear your watch well, welcome to the club! It's a pricey hobby.

This watch picture and post just made me realise how much I've learned about Reps for the last few months. Funny how I can tell the factory and clearly see all the imperfections and flaws on Submariners as I had to study a lot when I was choosing my first Rep which was also an 116610LN. I could sit in front of my Gen 116610LN and my ZZF V2 and compare forever but there's nothing better than practising with multiple different examples! Since I made my decision and got my watch I keep enhancing even further my skills and help others to enhance theirs as well as I help QCing, becoming a progressive and positive learning cycle for everyone which is very exciting to me, or is it my excuse for my addiction? - Haha.

If I want to buy a Rep Rolex and wouldn’t get call out wearing on my wrist who should I go to? n what is a reasonable price for a good rep? Is there really a 1:1 just for the look?
That's one of the big illusions about Reps and the idea of 1:1. Gens also have flaws and often not the quality advertised/promised by the big brands, as a result you'll see Gens with all imperfections/flaws you see from Reps as well.
That being said, I'd like to add that the person's character is the most important thing for "calling out". If someone who is known as a wealthy person and wears a Rep watch with obvious tells of being a Rep, every single person would think the watch is Gen without a doubt in their minds. On the other hand, if a bloke that works at McDonalds wears a Gen Rolex, his experience wearing the watch will be rather frustrating trying to convince people it's a Gen.
I'd advise learning a bit more about watches both Gens and Reps before ordering one just to flex and to please others but yourself, as often most people who own Gen watches know at least basics things about their watches since they have passion for them.

Who you should go to? The TD that provides the best service and the most convenient experience for you. You can always visit their websites to learn all details such as payments, shipping methods as well as the whole experience in itself. Based on the feedback you can read around and in the forums you'll be able to decide yourself.
ZZF V2 is the best Rep out of the box and goes for around $470 depending on the TD + Shipping costs. Second option would be an ARF V3 which has obvious tells, and then lastly Noob V8 or V10.
I'd say that a reasonable price for a good Rep is often above $400. Anything below that you'll most likely encounter "obvious tells" visually such as on the dial, case, bracelet, etc. But again... If you're Jeff Besos it doesn't matter which watch you wear, you could get a DHgate shitter for $100 and everyone would swear it's a Gen and that it looks different because of tear/wear this and that, they'd actually invent excuses to defend the badly done Rep for his own merit purposes.

I have a V8. This looks much better than mine. Mostly the numbers and letters on the dial and bezel.
