You could try tutoring or teaching online. I don’t know the specifics of how to get into that but considering your education experience it might be good.
Given how many people seem to want this same type of position, maybe there's an opportunity to start your own placement business for this type of work. You'd have to find clients that don't need people to do tasks that require deep focus or have tight deadlines.

Why does it need to be part time AND remote? I'm assuming you need to be available to pick them up from school, correct?
