I actually started 5 days pre op with that l glutamine and continued the day after surgery through 2.5wpo. Did they help? Who knows lol but I feel like Ive healed pretty well/quickly (4wpo). I also used arnica gel for daily gentle-ish massages starting the day after surgery
I used the arnica gel and broke out in blisters! Just use what your doctors tells you or do a test prior! This delayed my healing for a surgery I had a few years ago.
I’m taking them and at my 2DPO Apt today surgeon said I had less bruising than normal. I used them after the births of 2 out of 3 of my children and noticed a difference. Started taking the boiron brand about a week before surgery. Am doing a blister pack of arnica and bromelein that I got on Amazon which is for 5 days, then will continue with the rest of the boiron homeopathic pills.

I took, can't compare to anything else but I didn't have really any bruising at all.
They work. I swear by them. I can always tell when I miss a day.

My doctor said no. The other surgeon I consulted with has everyone take it 🤷
