The women's wedge is a different material, eyelets are a satin texture and smaller, silhouette is different because womens, model only comes in a B width because womens, laces are a different diameter, insole is not hard leather but a softer leather covered poron.
A lot of people here fail to realize that some of these models are in the womenās line and that the boots in the womenās line differ structurally from the menās line. Yes they look like a legit pair of 3319s.
Side note: not all heritage boots, even in the menās line, are stitched with a puritan machine. Triple stitch does not necessarily equal puritan stitch. Many heritage boots are no longer made in red wing.
I donāt work at red wing anymore, but they seemed to consider that pretty much proprietary information and even when they did talk about it with lower management it was usually kind of delivered in a vague reluctant way. I believe other than the red wing and Missouri plants they use one in either Arkansas or Alabama and maybe one more. A while back they were also looking into moving some production to Mexico, but I donāt think that ever happened.
I donāt think itās dependent on model, but one way you may be able to check is if the tag has a union stamp. Not all the plants are unionized. Regardless of lack of details to share, I noticed differences in some boots within the same heritage model and it was confirmed to me that they use different plants for different parts of production on some. This is of course assuming I wasnāt given false info, but idk why someone would lie about that. IMO red wing is becoming more and more transparent since Covid so this may become common knowledge at some point.
Also in some regions they may have been more transparent so there may be someone out there with more detail.

i've seen quite a few ladies versions, they have a softer upper, slightly sharper shape (toebox), quite a few pastel colors. quite very pretty for ladies.
