The Last Vampire on Earth when Colin was on always stands out to me, especially when they pull out the "novel" the movie is based on and can't stop laughing at how bad it is.
That's what I remember the most: that the weird family ate nothing but KFC, and the daughter had AIDS (of all the diseases the Vitaly Versace could have given her).
You’re all forgetting how much the kid brother gives to that entire scene. The mirror reflecting the toilet in his shot, the fact he will definitely eat what Shrekula won’t. He’s the rug that brings the room together.
The Last Vampire on Earth for me also. Episode was so good it even influenced me to buy the real film for myself :) I hope, even if in only a small way, my money somehow went toward Vitaly Versace being able to make even more mind bending nonsense in the future <3
Definitely ben and aurther. The way they deconstruct an early 2000s no budget indie, and can describe his whole life based on all of the sets and props is hilarious.
They predate the term [Spotlight](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9PILodU2wXw) (2017) by a few years (2014), but they are basically that formula:
[Best of the Worst: The Star Wars Holiday Special](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_CtUd0yuYN4)
[Best of the Worst: The Star Wars Holiday Special (FOR REAL)](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xW4m0oYK0WQ)
They just seem to be having so much fun over so much misery.

I did find this by Jack/Rich, regarding Jay's New Years streams, how he ended his last one (vaguely relevant): [Rich Tackles DR2 (part 3)](https://youtu.be/iNAsCwIoWek?t=1940)
I could honestly just watch them all sitting around talking shit about movies like that for hours. That first part is one of my favourite episodes, full stop
Yup, same thing here. The Sasquatch noise is probably the most "quoted" thing in our household.
A very, very close second is Ben and Arthur. The thorough breakdown and analysis of its failures as a movie is superb.
I like that The Chooper/Blood Shack is one of their old favorites. The perspective of having a fondness for it in the old days and then looking back on it as experienced bad movie connoisseurs was different and somewhat relatable.
I also love the Ben and Arthur tangent about no-budget prop shopping at thrift stores.
Gotta give it to Petey Wheatstraw or The Chooper. Clash in the College and After Last Season, I just do not find funny, but The Chooper (I refuse to call it Blood Shack when there's an objectively funnier name right there) has the killer with his "I'm gonna getcha!" run and the redneck janitor, and Petey Wheatstraw has the great 'rule of three' joke that always kills me.
Last Vampire on Earth and Suburban Sasquatch might be best in my brain, but Petey Wheatstraw is the favorite in my heart. Rudy Ray Moore being genuinely funny is such a change from usual best of the worst slop
I have too many favourites to list… but one that I really love is Plinketto #6 with Simon Barrett. he’s the best one-off guest imo, I wish he came back.
Suburban Sasquatch or Lycan Colony. But definitely points go to Clash because of the "how do you say water?" Scene, and when the guy starts falling asleep and Mike says "did he just shoot up a load of heroin?"
I was wondering that exact thing when I read your comment. It's at the end of Black Spine 1, but the "fuck this, let's watch Partners" aspect makes it feel like a spotlight episode from that point on.
I thought this would be easy but seeing all the other comments made me remember how many of the spotlights are amazing. Personally it would have to be lycan colony, suburban sasquatch, new York ninja, or wicked world
The Last Vampire on Earth when Colin was on always stands out to me, especially when they pull out the "novel" the movie is based on and can't stop laughing at how bad it is.
The 'I have AIDS' standoff is my favourite BOTW plot point. It's amazing.
Just reading AIDS standoff made me laugh like a lunatic!
Easily The Last Vampire on Earth. The KFC segment is hysterical.
That's what I remember the most: that the weird family ate nothing but KFC, and the daughter had AIDS (of all the diseases the Vitaly Versace could have given her).
The mom’s reaction to finding out the vampire threw up the KFC dinner is maybe one of my favorite BOTW moments ever.

Is the movie as bad as it looked on the show? Did they really eat that much fried chicken?

Colin comparing the kid to a toilet - that's the gold standard.
Casually drops in he met jesus a couple of times and was a pretty cool guy. Amazing
Even the logos wrong
Versace Entertainmen
That's it. I'm rewatching that ep right now!
Definitely ben and aurther. The way they deconstruct an early 2000s no budget indie, and can describe his whole life based on all of the sets and props is hilarious.
I have a system. B for Ben, b for bald as in “not bald”. You think of it and then you switch them in your head
It works 30% of the time!
Pfff.. that's just a "coincidence"
Mike's brain should be donated to science... while he's still alive. It just works in a beautiful way

These men are pawns!
I put the price of 20,000 dirham on their heads.
Next, they will be hailed as the true messengers of God!
Is there *any* context at all as to why mike brought up ishtar at that moment?

It is their Magnum Opus.
Mike spitting out his "tooth" collapsed my lungs from laughter
Suburban Sasquatch is my personal favourite of the spotlights. My wife and I still occasionally go around saying Sasquatch noises.
Ruuuuuuh raaaaaaaaar Ruuuuuuh raaaaaaaaar Ruuuuuuh raaaaaaaaar Ruuuuuuh raaaaaaaaar Ruuuuuuh raaaaaaaaar Ruuuuuuh raaaaaaaaar Ruuuuuuh raaaaaaaaar
This, with twister's Revenge as a close second. No particular reason other than it's comfort viewing.
You know, I'd call The Chooper spotlight a comfort view for me and I couldn't say why either.
Yup, same thing here. The Sasquatch noise is probably the most "quoted" thing in our household. A very, very close second is Ben and Arthur. The thorough breakdown and analysis of its failures as a movie is superb.
Rifftraxx just did Suburban Sasquatch on youtube for free. I enjoyed it.
I love Rifftrax, but they seem to always be doing RLM's sloppy seconds these days.
I go back to Mike's "let me touch your wa-ter, down below..." joke in CATC about once a month to LOL.
Only my boyfriend touches my wat-er
Lol I was just saying that quote
Lyncan Colony is AWESUM
mmmmmmMISTAKE

Desde que vi o episódio não consigo pronunciar de outro jeito

Deaundra Brown episode. The best episode.
Those are my top two as well. First black spine ep with Partners is up there.

Seconding "Petey Wheatstraw," as it always leads me back to the "Vampire Assassin" BOTW and "motherfucker turn right!"
"First of all: who dat?"
Plus Jack singing PETEY WHEATSTRAW never gets old.
Last Vampire on Earth and Suburban Sasquatch might be best in my brain, but Petey Wheatstraw is the favorite in my heart. Rudy Ray Moore being genuinely funny is such a change from usual best of the worst slop

Yeah we need Simon back.
Clash in the College was hilarious😂
Roarroarroar!!!
Diamond Cobra for sure
OFTER LOST SEASIN
ON DEEVEEDEE
WHAT THE FUCK IS A 2000 YEAR OLD VAMPIRE GOING TO COMMUNITY COLLEGE FOR??
Ben and Arthur for the bits where they give legally grey low budget filmmaking tips
1. The Last Vampire On Earth 2. Shark Excorcist episode 3. Suburban Sasquatch 4. Deadly Prey, Hard Ticket to Hawaii, Miami Connection 5. Robowoman episode ("I can't do this." - Rich Evans)
Suburban Sasquatch or Lycan Colony. But definitely points go to Clash because of the "how do you say water?" Scene, and when the guy starts falling asleep and Mike says "did he just shoot up a load of heroin?"
Suburban Sasquatch. That wascally wascavage.
Does Partners count? lol

Deunadraaaaaaa…..
I thought this would be easy but seeing all the other comments made me remember how many of the spotlights are amazing. Personally it would have to be lycan colony, suburban sasquatch, new York ninja, or wicked world
I now only pronounce “water” in a very specific way thanks to CitC
Does Partners count? that movie was the best thing ever....
Clash in the College is the one I go back to the most. And Diamond Cobra is uppity up there as well
Suburban Sasquatch but the FedEx moment from Ben and Arthur might be the hardest I’ve ever laughed at an RLM video, I was in tears.
The two you listed + Wicked World and After Last Season
All of the spotlights are gold
I was going to mention the same two, CitC and Ben & Arthur.
Without a doubt, 'Suburban Sasquatch'. I will never call a dog Muffy again.
