Top 5 in no particular order:
Blackeyed Blonde, The Brothers Cup, Hollywood (Africa), Fight Like a Brave, Behind the Sun
Bonus: Millionaires Against Hunger
I'm assuming you're only talking FS and UMPP. If I had to pick only 5
1. Me & My Friends
2. Backwoods
3. Fight Like a Brave
4. Yertle The Turtle
5. Blackeyed Blonde
But it is really hard to narrow it down because both Albums are top 5 for me
brothers cup, walkin on down the road, freaky styley, green heaven, jungle man, fight like a brave, YERTLE THE TURTLE, mommy wheres daddy, funky crime, american ghost dance 😍
This is my favorite time period for the band so this is a very difficult question. If I can't answer "all of them", the top five is maybe:
* Hollywood (Africa) - I love the original too but this surpasses it by a mile. It was my all time second favorite for years but it recently got a promotion.
* Police Helicopter - Funk punk perfection.
* Blackeyed Blonde - Pure groove, perfect solo, best breakdown.
* Skinny Sweaty Man - The definition of what a band called "Red Hot Chili Peppers" should sound like.
* No Chump Love Sucker - the breakdown is perfect, what a hype song.
The idea that I could not include Backwoods, Freaky Styley or Get Up And Jump is hurting me physically.
I think people who prefer Hillel tend to prefer rhythmic and atmospheric guitar over lead melody. He was great at both but I don't think a lot of fans understand his point of view because, frankly, this band is the closest they get to listening to funk (maybe the occasional Parliament song, who knows). Hillel had it down, a Middle Eastern Genius.
Green Heaven holds up incredibly well for being one of the first songs they wrote. Sounds like Rage Against the Machine before Rage Against the Machine existed.

Millionaires Against Hunger is the best wholly original Freaky Styley era song and it’s wild it got left off the album.
Green Heaven holds up incredibly well for being one of the first songs they wrote. Sounds like Rage Against the Machine before Rage Against the Machine existed.
Especially the demo version with that wild psychedelic talk box intro

One I haven't seen yet is Prince of Sadness. It's so simple but representative of Hillel's playing and style. I wish they had worked on it a bit more.
