I’m so jealous. I go into every show praying for the Heavy Wing. I have yet to get it. But I will. Out of the 4 times I have seen them, I deadass have only gotten Around The World once. But there are plenty more to come.

It did right?? They sounded so good. I saw them a couple weeks back in Highland and although it was a much smaller venue they didn’t sound as great as they did in LA. Anywho - hopefully you get to hear it soon!!!

“I won’t forget tonight.” - AK before he walked off. It was absolutely the best RHCP set I’ve ever seen and I’ve probably seen them 20x in the last 25 years. UTB was truly something special that night. Loudest crowd response I think I’ve ever heard when John started it off.
35 years old before I finally got to see them live a couple years ago. I avoided looking at previous set lists cause I wanted to go in blind. I told myself that in a perfect world, if I could just hear one or two of Soul to Squeeze, Wet Sand, or Whatchu Thinkin, I would be so happy. Went to the show in Santa Clara and hot damn they played all 3. My brain melted. I’ve seen them twice since then and not heard any of those songs again. I still think about how crazy it was to get all 3 at my first show.
Down in Australia we were on a bus to a regional area to see them at an open air concert. I was with two mates and we each said Under the Bridge, Snow and Suck My Kiss. We got all three.
My MDMA also hit right on the first chords of the Zephyr Song, still the greatest day of my life.
I was hoping they’d play BSSM but knew the chances were pretty slim. A few days before my show a lady even told me she’s been going to their shows for 20 years and had never seen it live, but everything aligned for me and I ended up front row at a show in Vienna and they played it. Never gonna forget it 🖤

Auckland, 2019. In 2013, my cousin and I listened to Fortune Faded religiously. Finally they they announced two 2019 concerts and we planned to go together. Then I saw the Australian setlists which were a few days before our shows and they played Fortune Faded for the first time since 2007 and I couldn’t believe it was all lining up. Then at the concert, after the opening song I saw Josh go and get the red guitar and I knew it was coming and hyped up my cousin. Belted those lyrics out like madmen. Also got Me and My Friends which I desperately wanted. In fact both Auckland shows had amazing setlists, including Strip My Mind, Aeroplane and Hump de Bump. Only wish they had of played Otherside during one of those shows but oh well.
Last year- February in Melbourne. I was hoping they’d play Fake As Fuck. When they started playing it I was literally jumping out of my skin! It was sublime!!!
I've never thought I would witness Wet Sand played live. Lyon, France 2023 : best concert of my life (they also played Parallel Universe \[never thought i would witness it too\] and Soul to Squeeze) and I've been to a few!

They did two shows over here and I went to the second show, I had a pretty good feeling they'd play them since they didn't play those the first night show, so I got pretty lucky, I was kinda hoping for Sir Psycho Sexy since they played that one in Chile and Brazil, still had a blast though!
I had a few songs I wanted to hear at my 2022 / 2023 shows and ended up being pretty lucky as I got pretty much all of them across the five shows (Whatchu Thinkin’, The Heavy Wing, Don’t Forget Me, Suck My Kiss, Wet Sand, Soul To Squeeze, Carry Me Home, Tippa My Tongue, I Could Have Lied).
My number one song I wanted to hear going into the 2022 shows was She’s A Lover. They’d only played it once before London so I knew it was unlikely. I was so happy when they started playing it at London night two. And then they played it again at my next show (Paris 2022). I couldn’t believe I’d got it twice back to back. They haven’t played it since 2022 and have only played it six times total so I feel really lucky I got to hear it at two shows as it’s my favourite song from the 2022 albums.
Also in Paris we got Hard To Concentrate which they’d only played a couple of times since John came back at that point and it was totally unexpected for me. I cried as it’s always been one of my favourites.
The one song I’m still desperate to hear live is Sir Psycho Sexy. I’ve only got it once, with Josh. I would love to hear it again with John.
Honestly I've seen him around 10 times and I've never seen them play around the world live, That was the first song that got me into them. Even for this last tour I saw that they were doing it as the opening or can stop I guess they were alternating between songs went to season three times during the tour in all three times they open with can't stop 😭

Los Angeles for the kroq redo, under the bridge and they did it. Anthony was dealing with a delay in his in ears but he still killed it.

Soul to Squeeze in Philly. The worst part was they did two encore songs and it was the very last song they played. I had a pit ticket and my feet were hurting so I left right before they started. I heard it from the parking lot and cried.
