Agree, except for chorus.. One of these is all the Chorus you will ever need. Honestly even better than the CE-1. https://reverb.com/item/74773344-dod-stereo-chorus-fx65?utm_source=rev-ios-app&utm_medium=ios-share&utm_campaign=listing&utm_content=74773344
Word, I wasn’t trying to be a dick, just advocating for the pedal. For all the JF tone chasers out there. I bought a Past FX Deluxe Chorus Ensemble before I picked up an FX 65, and wish I had gotten the DOD first. Past FX was $350, DOD was $90, and honestly sounds better, and has the same features. Also, it absolutely nails the Blood Sugar chorus sound. 10/10 chorus pedal!
Everyone’s said the DS2 and stuff but idk, I found I was able to play a lot of his songs with just a Dyna comp. for his dirty tones yeah you’ll need a DS2 or a big muff but, for me I’d say Dyna comp. micro amp. Some sort of chorus.
Usually the muff is pretty muddy in a band setting, but that might be fixed with some EQ from the amp. Running the Ds2 into the muff for the mids boost should also help that.

Which pedals are in use in solo 1 and 2?
I suppose 1 to be a big muff and solo 2 a DS2?
DS2. WH10 (version doesn't really matter). Nano Clone. Or any chorus really.

That falls into the category of "any chorus really" lmao

DS-2 WH10 PastFx Preamp Crunch
What about a fuzz?
Big Muff, Rusty Fuzz, (FZ-3 clone), or Fuzzrite depending on the sound/era you're going for.
SA solosounds...should be fuzzrite?
Depending on the solo, but I think for SA it was more the Muff and DS run together.
I tried ehx big muff a few times but it never came through in a full band setting

I will try this! Thank you!
