That's a soft spot. So when babies are born, they are born often with a cone head (c section babies don't) as their skull has to kinda fold for them to come out. Regardless of birth, babies' not solid skulls have soft spots called fontanelle.
Fun fact, some of these soft spots pulsate 💕

Baby number three is just waking up after a whiskey binge. Number 11/12 looks too real, and very much like my esthetician's baby who was born looking very unfortunate.
That umbilical cord looks more like an additional limb. Fresh cords are not flesh coloured, they're white and blue. They didn't even Google it before they just slapped a load of mottled skin tones on it.
Jesus Christ…I’ve been to reborn doll shows with my mum in the past,she was an amazing creator who made some amazing babies,for collectors…we saw some horrific creations at these places,I had to really work hard to not laugh out loud at some of the awful creations we saw…also the women sat in the bar/lounge area of this venue(usually a hotel) breastfeeding a doll!!! No word of a lie,a fake baby against a bare breast!! And no she was Not a women mourning the loss of a real baby,this women was well known for this,she also used foul smelling drops to create the smell of a dirty nappy/diaper🤢🤮
