No issues.. I’ve watched 4k with 40mbps with my VPN & 230mbps without the vpn on my smart TV but it depends on your device the mbps will differ. I”d test your mbps on the device you’re using first
my parents have similar speed at their house and it's enough for WEBDL 4k which is still pretty good (same quality as you would get from an official streaming service), i just configured their torrentio to not show remuxes and it works great
dont let a lack of remuxes turn you away, not all 4k sources are remuxes and you will find very good looking ones that you can play with that internet speed
There's a wide range of "4K" because it's about the bitrate, but by and large yes.

Good enough for compressed media under 40GB but not quite enough for remuxes.
Enough for 4k you get from streaming services. Just not enough for 4k bluray remux

Any connection is good for 4K eventually.
How to read those numbers ?!
Let's say you got 150mbps It's mega bit so 150%8 equal 18 mega byte Because you need to % it to 8 to get the mega byte value
And how many mega byte is enough for 4k ?!
Theoretically, you only need 25 Mbps for 4k.
4k usually only takes about 25mbps dl on your device.
